Santa’s Sleigh ‘08

My kids, ages 5 and 8, have caught on to the fact that this is a recession year. Not only are they aware of what’s going on with the economy through television and the Internet, they also sometimes overhear Mommy and Daddy talking about how money is going to be tight.

It only took me four+ decades to do so, but apparently I’m finally hot. Or, at least my demographic is: fangirls.


CNN’s Screening Room reports that thanks to the popularity of series like “Twilight,” fangirls are now being courted by the entertainment biz just as heavily as their male counterparts who flock to flicks like “Spider-Man” and “The Lord of the Rings.”
