To Target Audience, Esurance Turns to Trees, Tunes and Cartoons

Specifically direct-to-consumer insurance companies don’t usually sell policies through agency partners and thus can’t trade on those personal relationships. They need to find a way to distinguish themselves, particularly with younger customers who don’t have fixed loyalty to one particular carrier yet. more
